"I'm not on a pump as I decided the CGM was the best way for me to start. Do you go low at night after your workout? The more I do cardio the better my Ins:carb ratio is the next day. Is this true for you when you lift? M"

Well, the good news is this. getting T1 so late is a blessing. Your complications won't happen until technology will have them all figured out, T1 will be cured, or you will be too old to care...or you just won't get them. Lol

Take a peek at some the groups when you get a chance. Just go to the top of your page, and click on "Groups".
Once in, you can either peruse the wide array of available groups....or simply type a specific interest in the space provided.
