HI I am 28 years old, been a type 1 for 20 years. I have always struggled with my glucose control. I am at a point in my life where I would like to start having kids. I may also add that I had a stent placed in my heart 2 yrs ago and have early kidney issues. My husband who is in the army and wants kids will be leaving for Honduras in a month, and be gone for a year.
