hello again!!! me oks lang... yan ang hirap sa sakit natin kung ano masarap kainin yun ang bawal hehe... madami na kasi akong nasalihan o napakinggan na seminars regarding diabetes kaya alam ko kung ano-ano mga bawal sa akin... kaso di maiwasan nakadanas na me ng 2 complications first sa eyes ko operated na both nung year 2000 yung left at yung right eye nung 2001 cause of cataracts at now sira na kidneys ko kaya im undergoing dialysis treatment dito sa LBDH... matigas kasi ulo ko noon e pinabayaan ko diet ko kaya yan hayyyy.... anyway basta u eat the right food, exercise and pray a lot you'll be fine... k till next time
