wow nancy---thanks for sharing...im still tweeking my meds, levemir/novolog.----and i too play catch up after the fact.....my numbers are higher than i like them to be but my doc told me to take a "chill pill" LOL (it actually has helped lower my numbers)

Thanks Nancy, just came back from my daily walk, will see what my meter will say, had 1 Tbs cottage cheese with flaxseed, 1Tbs Hemp protein 1/2tsp cinnamon and 1/2 peach.
