ANY DIABECTIC DANCERS??
I began to take ballet classes when I was 10 and modern classes when I was 13.
I know that being active is really important for diabetics but sometimes it gets so complicated!!
Yesterday, after my ballet class i had an hypo (1.9) and this morning my glycemia is 17 !!!
Is there anyone out there who understand?
Please share your story...

- I never answered your question as to why my house is called "Chateau Guay". Well, my husbands last name is "Guay" - and we have a little house that is very cute (I'll have to post a pic here soon) - and I like to call it that - because all our friends that come to stay with us - think it's like a little B&B (I love visitors and love to spoil them) - so thought it was a good name for my little Bed and Breakfast.
