I'm the fourth T1D in my extended family and the only person that I know (so far) to develop diabetes in grad school. Like diabetes is ever convenient, right?

I started writing about my experiences with diabetes at the beginning of the summer when school let out and my schedule was freer. I felt like I needed to write to help me sort out what I had experienced last semester after I was diagnosed. A couple of friends of mine encouraged me to start a blog and this weekend I finally did it. If you're interested, you can check it out here: http://theclumsyjuggler.wordpress.com/
