ya i've been to those camps... and now we cant afford them so i am alone again. thats why i joined the site. plus, my endo (endochronologist) is horrable to me. he is supposed to be a great endo but i dont get that from him. he always makes fun of me and yells at me. he says i do things that i dont and that is really annoying. my aunt makes fun of me so i dont really have a lot of support. the rest of myh fam supports me so i guess it all works but i just wanna get away from it...

Yeah, I'm going to get another opinion on the issues I'm having, because my endo REALLY doesn't tell me anything new. He's just upping my insulin dosages and nothing's changing. A guy I went and talked to thinks it could be the insulin? (that i need to try a different kind).

P.S. haha! you're the 2nd person I've met diagnosed the same age (:

Thanks! This site is amazing!(:

I'm having problems with my endo. He's supposed to be the best of the best in the area, but I'm not feeling that support..overrated much? maybe.
plus, in my 5 years, he's the only endo i've had. so i don't really know any better.
hahah, i just spilled that all on youuuu. my bad :)

how are youu?

I was diagnosed like 2 months after turning 18! I was about to graduate from HS, and was headed to college! It was a really hard adjustment. I'm SO jealous that you got to go to a diabetes camp.. that must have been very cool! Have a great weekend babe!

Hey Nicole! You're "diabetics are sweeter" pic is sooo cute! Your river pic looks like SO much fun! Was that down in Atlanta? How were you when you were diagnosed! This site is soo cool. It's nice to meet other people my age with this disease.

Best,
♥ Jessica
