Getting a loaner pump while out of warranty?

Hey,Has anyone had success with getting a loaner pump from Animas while your pump is out of warranty?Animas is telling me that since my pump is out of warranty and that there's nothing wrong with it, insurance won't pay for a new one (with the attendant 4 year warranty). But I'm going on a cruise in a couple of weeks and I'd like to have a backup for peace of mind. Thanks!See More

"So have you ever used insulin? If so why, Type 1 or 2? I wonder about stimulating the pancreas physically, such as with yoga, in an effort to "jump start" my pancreas. I know that when you hurt a finger that if you rub it, stimulate more…"
