Diabetes has made me WHOLE!!!

I Control My Diabetes, My Diabetes Does Not Control Me...one day i will tattoo that saying on my body...for many years i have felt half empty trying to find my place here on earth...i believe in a God, a higher being, but though that fills me spiritually i have been searching for a another way to fill my heart, my body and my spirit...in balance to my higher beliefs. i was diagnosed with diabetes 543 days and counting...and since that very first day...i knew my heart was completely full...could… Continue

Hey Nimitz! Thanks for all the info - I do know about Diabuddies, b/c a good friend of mine (Matt Besley - do you know him?) is also a Diabuddy and he had told me a lot about the program. I am interested but I am concerned about the time committment? Realisticaly what is that like? I just want to be sure I am able to fully devote what the program deserves. I do a lot for the Tour de Cure here in SD and that can take up a lot of my time during the first half year, so I just want to be sure that I can give the program what it needs if I do it. Let me know a little more when you get a chance...thanks! Hope you had an awesome weekend too!
