Does anyone have any trouble with their pod site becoming sore and tender which causes the insulin to not absorb effectively? It seems to be getting worse and I'm having a hard time finding a place on my body to put the pod where it will not do this. My sugars are WACKO and it's extremely frustrating. I'm not sure if it's a sensitivity reaction to my insulin (Apidra) or a reaction to the pod itself. Any suggestions?? I'm getting desperate.See More

- I'm otherwise very healthy and fit. I lift weights regularly and ride a bike. I am a stay at home mom of three boys. I would like to know what works well for others who use the omnipod such as best site insertion places, adhesive solutions, and anything else they've learned along the way that gives them better control of blood sugars.

Take a peek at some the groups when you get a chance. Just go to the top of your page, and click on "Groups".
Once in, you can either peruse the wide array of available groups....or simply type a specific interest in the space provided.
