- To my baby brother, that was the most beautiful message anyone has given me and yes, we are strong to the core because of our past.
Everytime I hear the song from Alicia Keys 'Superwoman' I know she's singing to me. Can't help but think all the time how I can fly to someone's rescue and pull them up from their sinking hole. It's because I won't give up.
Raquel is in the Bastrop Honeybears Dance group, she's making plans to attend college with Ashley and me by next year after she graduates. I promised my daughter to make her normal after what our father did to her. Even after she graduates from college, I still have to make sure she succeeds in life not just in education but for the respect of herself.
Not to be like me, behind in my goals and dreams. To make sure she makes her dreams come true. I'll be there. I know you will too.
Ashley starts college in one more week, at ACC. After two years in basics, she'll go off to UT to do her major. So will I and Raquel. That's right, the three of us will all be at UT. A new dream that was made in the process to overcome the doors that shut tight on us. We never give up.
Michelle is in Bartending School, she be getting her certificate in about two weeks. She helped me at one of my new clients in a make ready on a condo. She felted what kind of hard work I do. She appreciates more now. It's Phillip that we have to work on. LOL
Other than that we are good. Love you always, your sister .....Patti
