Hi Patsy, I live probably about an hr and a 1/2 from you. Something like that. I never really time it. We don't normally stop there on our way to the coast. We really like going to SLO. Its our fav place. Although we have stopped and shopped a couple of times and eaten there.

Patsy:

An endocrinologist (endo for short) is a DR specializing in endocrinology .... the study of hormones in the body and, more specifically, the study of diabetes. They take a lot more training in diabetes than a primary physician. A LOT of physicians like to refer out to an endocrinologist, especially if the case history is a little bit more difficult or complications start to develop.

Does that help?

Have you seen an endocrinologist? If so, I would take his/her word for what you have. If not, please try to see an endo.
