I started on insulin Friday. When I give the injection the insuline comes back out of the skin when I remove the needle. I am using the longer needle. What the heck am I doing wrong. Has anobody else had this problem?

- Family is doing good. I think my wife is getting tired being grandma. I have been fighting the same as you with A1c. It has been staying at 8.1 for the last six months. I was put on insuline a couple of weeks ago. God I hate shots.It was good to hear back from you.

How are you? I am doing well, trying to get my A1c down. Made some insulin changes. We have had rain and fog lately. Today the sun actually came out and it was very nice. How is the family? Hope all is well and take care.

I am using the 31 guage needles. It did not squirt back out today like yesterday. However, it did bleed from the injection site. Should I have amild pain after the injection? Or is it just in my mind, since I have a fear of needles.

- Paul, are you using the 31 gauge needles? when I was on shots, the needles were much bigger. the new small ones seem like you'd hardly feel it.
