What a beautiful weekend.

What a beautiful weekend in San Antonio this weekend. Did yardwork yesterday and slept a little more than I wanted. Today walked to the store and picked up Sunday paper. Than went for a five mile walk this afternoon. I am sure my feet will let me know about that this week.

hey, Paul, keep up the exercising and soon you will hate it when you have to skip a day. My new motto is "20 minutes of exercise is the new zero minutes of exercise".

I am glad to hear from you, sorry about the toe. But it was good you were able to keep the whole foot. The Doctor that did the surgery even called me up last night and asked how I was doing, I was shocked since it was the first doctor that ever did it. Thanks.

I hope your DR. visit goes well. These things take time, just remember to keep it clean and do what the doc says. Let me know if you need to talk. Good luck at your visit.

so how was your appt?

your sister can sign on to TuDiabetes.com and look at my page to see my quilts (go to Members and search for marieb ) but if she wants to comment, she'll have to join, which is ok, because we totally welcome family members of those who have diabetes - it helps everybody if they understand what it's like to have it, and why it sucks!
