What can I eat?

I do a 30 min jog a day usually during lunchtime at work (45 mins after i have eaten). or failing that a fast 60 mins walk . I cycle 9 miles a day, to work and back. Maybe i should do some running?

All the exercise you're doing is great! Increasing muscle mass is one of the best things you can do to increase insulin sensitivity. Weight training really helps.

I will ask about the c-peptide test thanks, if iam negative for the anti-bodies test and it is conclusive evidence that negative means type2, then i may well be type2 .

The Doctor needed a follow up blood test - she said if the next one is over 6.0 mol, you have sugar problems . I thought it was maybe a blip but i changed my diet that day.
