Medical ID Card

I just found out if you have State Farm Insurance and put your account on-line, you can print a FREE medical ID card. You can change and update your card at any time and reprint any time you want. It will hold a lot of good information, including Dr.'s name and phone number, Ins. Co and ID #, allergies, meds, illnesses, emergency contact info, blood type, blood pressure and birth date, all your choice what you want to enter. If you don't have State Farm, you might check your insurance's web site… Continue
