But some ready-to-eat microwable stuffs have chemicals like, sodium, flavorings, food colorings and preservatives that may not be agreeing with you.…"
"We use our microwave to heat up our oatmeal Hubby preps for 4-5 days at the time and I cook peas, corn : NO problem ever.
Gerri's comment is worth investigating , it being the ingredients in the item you are microwaving !"

I can't remember if this is a myth or truth. I keep getting sick everytime, I eat food that is cooked in a microwave. Is it true that diabetics are not supposed to eat microwaved food?

I just found out if you have State Farm Insurance and put your account on-line, you can print a FREE medical ID card. You can change and update your card at any time and reprint any time you want. It will hold a lot of good information, including Dr.'s name and phone number, Ins. Co and ID #, allergies, meds, illnesses, emergency contact info, blood type, blood pressure and birth date, all your choice what you want to enter.
