"I agree, flour is not good for me, I gave up pasta spagetti for good, because they made such a problem to me. I am very careful witn carbohrydates, and eat only low carb.I don't eat bread nor patatoes, now sugar is easer to control."

hello Pittz, welcome to the family. When you find someone here that posts a discussion you find really helpful, it's nice to go to their page and give them a thank you. Occasionally I go to our Admin's pages and thank them for the time they spend, volunteering to keep a lookout for the content here, making sure we are safe from unwanted solicitations, spam, swearing, and disrepectful talk. I think they do a marvelous job.
