After spending the greater part of last week with my head in the toilet (I checked, no babies here), this weekend was a BG rollercoaster! Woke up high, did a correction, o wait now its going to drop ten times more than it should. Shake, drink juice, eat a granola bar, check 20 minutes later, still low? Good god! more juice. Check 30 mins later, 20 (high)! Kripe! Go all "Adjustment Bureau" on that, and then it levels out.
Well, let me tell you what happens next! I get the worst…

First of all I would like to say that in my family we call my diabetes, "the beaties". It makes it a little bit more fun.
Anyhow, I've been sick the last two days, throwing up and the like, so all I want to do is sleep on the bathroom floor and post cute pictures of my dog sleeping all over me (he thinks he is being supportive, but really he is just making it harder for me when I have to run to the bathroom.)

To my dearest new friends here at TuDiabetes, I bid you a very late good morning from Canada.
For the last half a week, I have been put under some unusual stress dealing with issues surrounding my post-graduate studies and a financial hoop-la of excitement.
