i get that all the time. i saw a friend that i haven't seen in years one day. we grew up together and he saw my pump, he asked "whoa you still have diabetes?" no crap sherlock....

i was a rebelling teen in high school. i started doing 'bad things' at age 17. but i stopped when i was about 18. i'm not a parent, but i am a teenager. so i would suggest not to hover over him. treat him like an adult. i agree with melissa on eve...

i know 4. we all went to school together.

all the men in my family are type 2. including my dad, uncles, & cousins. all the women are type 1. that includes all my great aunts. i'm the only type 1 in my generation in the family.

i was the same way when i was in high school. i HAD to be skinny. i skipped insulin shots & didn't eat. if i was low, i just drank something. i had no energy at all. if you want to talk, just message me.
