Me

Hey!
So my name is Rachel. My birthday is March 13th. I have had diabetes for 16 years now. I can't remember not having diabetes!
I have been slacking but with the help of my sensor I am getting better slowly but surely.
I have gone to camp for many years, and I love it there. My main hobbies are drawing, writing and singing.
Thanks everyone! <33

2008 was indeed a great year for us. We smile as we look back at happy moments, victories and success no matter how small. We relish life and all its struggles. Let's forget the unpleasant times and thank the lord for giving us new mornings and better tomorrows. HAPPY NEW YEAR! Be Well.

Hey Rachel

Welcome to TuDiabetes. It's good to have another Massachusetts person here. I think we all relax our control from time to time, this is something I struggle with constantly. I hope you can find a balance that works for you.

If you need any advice about the Dexcom drop me a note, I've been wearing one for about 18 months. In that time my A1C has gone from 8.2 to 6.8, so I'd say they're definitely worth it.
