How do you lower your triglycerides? Found out today mine were over 400. Not good. My cholesterol was mildly high but not near as bad. Don't really know what to do and haven't found that much info on…Continue

Thanks everyone. Everyone must check this site often. I've never been very good at keeping up with websites, but it's obviouslly time I learn. DM is really not fun and I'm sure chatting with others will help. At the present time, I'm on Met 500 two times daily and taking a Byetta inj. before my largest meal of the day. I was on 1 inject. of Levemur (SP) at night for one week only. I had been sick and sugars were out of control. Dr felt this would stabilize it. It did and I felt so great I…

This is a great place to share, to learn, and to grow...all the while meeting new people world wide, and making friends ♥
Take a peek at some the groups when you get a chance. Just go to the top of your page, and click on "Groups".
Once in, you can either peruse the wide array of available groups....or simply type a specific interest in the space provided.
Take in some of the blogs/discussions as well.
The resource boxes at the top of the home "Home" page, and
"About us" at the very bottom of your page and every page (the footer), offer you more information still.
