14 Days Healthy Eating Bonanza!

I've decided to do a focused healthy eating bonanza! I'm hoping that a focus will encourage me to eat more leafy greens, wholegrains, low GI food.I go into a lot more depth about it in my blog post here but I would love recipe ideas and general advice/motivation from everyone here :)See More

"Oh that's different! Advice still goes for limiting destinations, but without driving cross country you have a lot more options between Chicago and the east coast (which is 1,000 miles but doable with that amount of time)"
