I must also admit that I have an ulterior motive in saying hi... I'm working on a project for a sociology class on Type 1 diabetes, and I'm looking for someone in the Chicago area to interview. Let me know if you'd be interested--it would be great to just chat too, as I haven't met any other T1s before!
