I guess when I travel I don't eat right so my bs will fluctuate. As far as stress goes. This week I had a stressful week and had some readings just over the 200 mark.

1 hour or 6 hour time change (when traveling) doesn't seem to affect my blood sugar. Stress on the other hand does. My endo said that when I know that I have a stressful week, I should use a temporary basal of 110%.
