Thanks for adding me as a friend. I visit your "momwantsacure" website all the time. It's great. I've learned, laughed, cried, etc. Some of your stories I can really relate to.

Cozmo sent us a video and alternate bs test site was part of it, but that's ok, we want her to have the most accurate reading possible, unfortunately she will have to endure the finger testing. In time it will get better for her...I will definately google pump packs and get that going asap so she can be more comfortable. So much new stuff!!! Thanks Shannon. I will definately be in touch with questions to come, I appreciate it.

Hi Shannon, thanks so much for the feedback, Kacey was dx type 1 on Feb 8th., so she is kind of newly dx, and her fingers are sore, she complains about it and I feel badly, that is why I thought the Cozmo would be good for alternative site testing, I wonder why they advertise it if it isn't something they recommend? Anyhow thanks for the advice and am glad to know that the stinging is normal. I just wanted to pull it out of her yesterday, but I didn't and the stinging went away! Is the pack your son sleeps with a special order one or just something you picked up? Is it like a waist pack? Last night was tough for her, she didn' know where to clip it?? But I'm sure in time she will get used to it and it will to become a new normal for her like everything else. Thanks so much.
