Today is Day 6, Again

Today is day 6 of (what feels like) my 100th attempt to kick my pack-a-day smoking habit.

I am desperately wanting a cigarette today, but I know that what is best for me is to fight through the cravings (always more difficult on a weekend) and change my quick-to-seek-immediate-gratification way of life. hi, Shannon, yes, Erin is great, and so is ex-smoker George.
My sister lives outside of Philly, and it takes about 2 1/2 hours to get there. You know how NJ has a point at the top? We are almost at the very top of the point. So We're near PA and NY. It's a very rural part of the state. There's no Starbucks here.

You'll be so glad when you can get the cigs off your mind. The first week is the worst. Hang in there!
