i only ever allowed 10-12 grams carbs for a fist sized golden delicous. never gave me any trouble. perhaps your insulin : carb ratio is off??

Hello Sharon and welcome!! I noticed your post about the alkaline diet. I had never heard of it before so I looked it up and found the phmiracle website with all their info on there. It sounds pretty interesting! I'm tempted to try it out myself now especially since I've already been cutting a lot out of my diet recently. I've been T1 myself for 25+ yrs now. Did you just read their book and start the diet or did you buy their starter pack etc.? How are things going so far for you on the diet? I'd be interested in hearing more about it! Thanks! :0)
