I have become quite addicted to the social website called Pinterest. I've found that it suits my many, and very eclectic interests (which is another way to say I'm rather weird, and I completely embrace it).

Many exciting things are heading our way in 2013! Nikki is starting the year off by performing at the Caledonian Society's Burns Night dinner with her Scottish Highland Dance team, she is very excited! Amber graduates from high school (gulp) in May and as a graduation gift, I'm taking her to Scotland for 10 days!

From time to time I feel an unexplained urge to rearrange a well known poem or song. This Christmas, Nikki and I have been amusing ourselves with some of the great pins we've seen on Pinterest. They inspired us to change the words to Jingle Bells to suit a T1D's mood during a 3 a.m. low. We hope it makes you smile a bit, because sometimes that's all we can do.
