Your insulin pump should have a phone number on the back. You could call them to see if you should suspend your insulin while fasting. Or call your insulin pump educator or doctor who is managing your pump and ask her/him if you should suspend you...

- Hi Shipaddict - love your name - I guess you'd call me a ship addict as well - sailor actually - but I also love cruise ships as well - when I can afford a cruise that is. At least living in Florida you get a discount for going on some of the cruise ships (that's why my sis-in-law in Kissimmee gets). Anyway, glad to see you're on an Animas 2020 - I am too - mine is in blue. Was going to upgrade to a PING - but they want $900 CDN to do that - and I already forked out abit last year when I bought the pump - so my piggy bank is abit empty (ching, ching, ching as I shake it). Take care - and hope you get things sorted out with the community pool business - that sounds right nasty to me!!!
