A1c and CGM not matching

just got back from my doc- A1c is 9.1 (214 avg over 3months) but my CGM says over the last 28 days My avg (it checks every 5 mins) is 166 big differance!

One day I will eat eggs and pancakes and not give insulin and I only go to 160 and then back down (on a basal of 1.5) then the next day try the same thing with one less pancake and I go up to 250…Continue

Remember to stand back and give yourself credit for doing what you do to keep yourself healthy -- being diabetic is a lot of work, I think I may just be starting to move past the "honeymoon" phase and experiencing for the first time the frustration of unpredictable "all over the place for no reason" readings. We are kind of asked to be superhuman, in my opinion, to try and think like we're our own pancreas, after never really being acquainted with it before! Hang in there...Delete Comment
