I was doing some internet research on calculating how much insulin should be taken according to weight and carbs eaten, as sometimes all of the info that I get from Primary care, Endo, NP, and Health Educators can be overwhelming. I love food so I've recently started to become really creative; gleening tips from different sites, books, magazines and tv shows in order to eat relatively healthy. Tonight I had a really good pizza dinner that didn't make me feel bloated or like my sugars shot up.
