- Thank you for the friend add Stephanie. I was actually up in your area a few weeks back. I was vacationing in S.F. and Half Moon bay, both are beautiful cities. I ate lunch one of the days at a place on the coast called Sam's Chowder House (near HMB), voted best Lobster Sandwich in the USA,lol.
Please let me know if I can be of any help with your Pre-Diabetes condition. If you eat a decent diet, exercise a little each day, take your medicine and have a semi-positive attitude you will live a long and healthy life my friend.
