"I do exactly what your Dr. Suggested. I reuse the needle until I can feel that it has become dull. This usually lasts me thru about one and a half pens. I have had no problems with pens leaking. Needle stays attached the entire time."
"No. I am using novalog now. The U500 caused me to be put in the hospital twice for extreme lows. Be careful."

If your in good health there is probably no chance, but if you have any circulation problems, thats probably not the best place to use."
