I had a bleed in my left eye a week ago.

I think my eye is beginning to clear. I had this happen in June 2010 and had some laser and an avastin shot in my eye. I am basically active, happy and love to learn new things. The doc told me to keep my head elevated at night with pillows and not to put my head down. My right eye is good. I am experiencing a little focus prob when I am driving but I bought a pirate patch for night driving if I have to. I don't drive too much at night.
The doctor was very stern. (MEAN) My old doc has relocated to another city. Does anyone have any advice on how to quickly get your eyes to clear the blood. Thanks for your help.

Welcome to the family! On this forum you will learn so much. Most of all you will learn that you are not alone. Everyone here is supportive and will provide answers to your questions. Search the site for answers. Read the discussions and blogs for information. There are videos to help you understand diabetes and its treatment. Most of all there is family to talk to and even to vent to, if needed. Welcome home.
