Dear Sue,
I only weigh myself at the Dr.s or on special occasions. My husband went and got out the scale Sat. Morning and I have lost slowly and steadily 60lbs over the last year. Low carbing really does work and the longer you do it,the easier it becomes. I don't even really think about the foods I use to eat.
Hugs,
Debra

Dear Sue, I try to go as low as possible myself. Some of the carbs in some of the recipes are way out of the ball park for me. I have some recipes that are very minimal. I think I will gather them up and start a super low carb catagory. I will have to check out this book. It sounds like it makes a lot of sense to me. I am so tired of the misinformed stereo types about fat and diabetes. I think we are on a threshold and we are lucky to have the information we have!
Great Luck to YOU!
Debra
