- I don't have diabetes. I was diagnosed with high blood sugar a few years ago and brought it down to normal by myself within weeks before my first appointment with a dietician who is also an MD. I joined TuDiabetes because I feel I need the support from people who understand the need for proper diet and exercise to stay healthy.
