It's not a simple one supplement solution, but the advantage is it helps reduce heart disease too and improves mood. The concept is to provide the body with enough supplements, as the little tiny amount provided by food are not enough, especially if you are so miserable you don't feel like eating.

Did my work here and tested BG 94. Bit warmer today 42 degrees. I must do laundry today I have put it ofrf long enough. Take good care of yourself. I care. Reed
