I have been dealing with Medtronic for 11 years. I had to get a new pump last year and I had a balance of $500. that was to be paid $50 a month until paid in full. We have heard nothing from them about making the payments. Now they have sent me a new glucometer with 10 strips which lasted a day and a half. When I tried to order new strips they refused because of the outstanding balance. They are also saying we owe money for supplies for the pump which has already been paid. I am sick to death of trying to deal with people who have no clue. We have talked until we are blue in the face. Also there seems to be no place other than Medtronic to order the test strips from. If I'm not mistaken, that is callled a monopoly which I believe is illegal. If anyone can help I would love to hear from them.

Welcome to the family! On this forum you will learn so much. Most of all you will learn that you are not alone. Everyone here is supportive and will provide answers to your questions. Search the site for answers. Read the discussions and blogs for information. There are videos to help you understand diabetes and its treatment. Most of all there is family to talk to and even to vent to, if needed. Welcome home.
