Hey there Susan..
Odie from TU got in touch with me and was asking if we could meet up Friday night as he was going to be in the area. I told him that I would ask and see if you would be available to go out for dinner with us. I was thinking the place on Sullivan Ave, The Red Onion would be a nice place. I dunno, he said he went to school with you so I figured I would see if you would like to go as well.. I need to call him and see what his exact schedual is. I wrote to him and said we could meet him at the McDonalds off 291 on Rt. 5. and drive over to Red Onion.
I know it's kinda short notice as it was for me too. But if you could go, it would be fun.. I called but I guess you are out partying with your friend.. :o) LOL.
Ok, get back to me later.

Of course I am still here silly.. Been doing good, just hung out on vacation. I think knee is pretty well ok.. about 90%.. maybe best it will get now I dunno.. But I dont limp when I walk an just swear once in a while getting out of car, specailly when I cant open door all the way..lol
But I really do need to get out there an walk.. Have not been going, I am on 2 weeks vaca starting monday.no plans for that either.. Dunno how I will spend it.. Oh well time off is good..
I read somewhere that people who take at least a couple weeks vacation a year are less likely to bring a gun to work.. DOH! hahahaha well that clears me anyway because I dont even own one.. I wont even shoot those friggin squirrels that keep getting into the bird feeders, that is my latest project, making bird feeders squirrel proof, lol well least it keeps me occupied.. And because I dont really do the kneeling thing or hehehe CANT.. I bought this at walmart so will spend time weeding the front since I have not been able to do it all spring and summer..

Not taking anti inflammatory any more.. one just knocked me on my ass.. felt like crap all day, hardly could get up. Advil/motrin is it now.. It is hard to believe I took 2 a day for a month..

yep right here.. I am feeling even better.. knee is feeling good.. I had to stop taking anti inflammatory as it stopped working because it didnt need to and was making me feel like crap, as I read my last comment to you, this is what was happening.. I climbed out of fog by not taking it.. inflammation has not come back.. knee has a bit of tinge to it but am sure that is reaction of no anti inflammatory, and not even ibruprofin.. Depending on how Monday goes at work I might get out there again and just walk around the block and see how that goes.. can do the stores pretty good.. is nice to have a cart to lean on it really does help.. but will see how around the block feels on Monday.. Still afraid to injure it again .. but I think that slight injury gave Lyme a place to attack.. I am still taking antibiotics.. so am sure it is killing the lyme bacteria or has already killed it.. So i dont think a re injury will bring on all that pain, damn I hope not.. is something I will never forget.. I still find stairs troublesome.. I tried taking one stair going down without one at a time.. umm wont be doing that again soon.. Walking up I can sorta walk stairs normal.. going down you almost bend your knee totally.. going up stairs u can kinda leave it rigid.. So in due time I will be doing stairs again.. Geese what a major event.. and like u say its auto immune and that built up stress of my mom and then moving into a new place with bad economy.. all that stress musta brought it on.. plus that slight injury in my knee the day I walked in the rain, gave the bacteria a place to attack.. my theory anyways.. So will see what Monday brings.

I feel ok, just tired.. I am liking how knee feels, reletively pain free now.. I am enjoying virtually pain free I think I am going to continue enjoying pain free till after the weekend.. Least I can do is build a little strength in it before I start pushing it.. Can almost walk without a limp.. but I still do a little out of habit.. I don't do stairs, my knees are wobbley and I don't trust them. I hang on to railing and do one at a time like a 4 year old.. oh well. I also find it difficult dropping off a curb or even lifting leg to step up for anything.. I still curse if I get out of my car and when I get back I cant open the door all the way open to get inside.. my knee still is not that flexable to have to bend it that far.. Tying shoelaces makes me swear. All in due time I guess.. I never thought I would be able to be normal again, but pills seem to be letting me come around eventually.. Right now I am very tired.. I might even take a nap.

I didn't... I think I might chill out for a little longer, sure the doctors tell me to excersise, but they are not the ones that live with the pain , the bastards lol so my knee is feeling better and if I use it I lose how many calories to coinside with the pain that might occure? HMMM kinda seems the scale is not balanced so good.. Think I will see about taking it easy as we know that the excersise has done such a good job on me.... not.. Maybe Monday I will see if I can wrench my knee again riding the bike.. and no u are not going to run lol well if we went down Griffen u might be .. we will think of alternative.. like maybe heading straight down to school where it is all flat in the roads back there.. or we will think of something.. Just give me till monday I am kinda enjoying only limping in pain a little.. who knows by monday..

My knee seems ok.. still hurts but they say the Lyme disease is still there so am taking more antibiotics and more anti inflamatory drugs.. Dr said pain is from sweeling and keep eating both Anti drugs and if not gone in 4 weeks then they will do something else.. But wont treat my knee untill they know Lyme disease is gone.. So will just keep eating pills,, No more walking, I am gonna get my bike out instead, she said stationary bike is best, that and swimming, well I have neither but I do have a bike, so will use that instead, not as much excersise but enough for time being, better than sitting on my ass in front of TV eating bacon hehehe
So now u can walk as fast as u want.. dunno bout going down griffen road though hahaha might be a bit too fast for u.. maybe back of eli terry.. pretty flat back there.. I dunno we will figure it out.. I just dont wanna screw up my back now .. geesee I will check bike out tomorrow after work, been a year sitting, so might go with u wed night I dunno might not have to do anything.. will tell u on here tomorrow

I didnt get into the retaining water thing.. I have family dr apt. next month will ask him.. GEEES another pill diuretic.. crap I hope not these pills are getting out of hand!!
