"I would recommend calling them. It is probably just broken. We've had 2 receivers die in about a year. They are not well built at all. Hopefully, it's under warranty so you don't have to buy a new one!"

Backlight of Dexcom not working
My Dexcom's backlight suddenly stopped working. I made sure all charged up, it was never near any water, .....A problem at night and basically harder to see now. I have contacted Dexcom by email and waiting to hear from Tech folks, but anyone here have any ideas of what's wrong? There's no compartment on the back that seems to allow me to do anything to fix it.Thanks.
