Here's what I ate for breakfast today:

Ranch Eggs
5 eggs (I was hungry)
2 dollops of: 16 oz sour cream mixed with 2 packs ranch dressing mix
I mixed everything together in a bowl, then microwaved on high for 5 minutes, until the eggs were set. This is really good!

I thought I'd suggest using eggs in various recipes as they are relatively cheap and a good source of protein. Some suggestions: omelets, quiches, scrambled, poached, hard-boiled, over-easy, sunny-side-up, etc. I am also on a tight food budget, and I usually buy meat only if it's 99 cents a pound or cheaper, and lots of eggs.

It has 2 modes: you can enter a code for specific foods, like fruits and veg, or If it's a packaged food with nutritionals, you can enter the nutritionals for a serving, and it will tell you how many carbs (or whatever you're trying to measure) for the amount you put on the scale. It's great! i love mine.

Well, I wouldn't have named the team the Jets - despite the sentiment - because it makes for an awkward history (franchise records, retired numbers, etc). But I know the passion was so high for that name that I suppose the owners had no other choice.
