Tarik - can you check your blood sugar at 2-3 am once or twice a week to determine if the elevated sugar levels in the morning are caused by hypoglycaemia. If not, it would be safe to increase the levemir dose at night.
Perhaps try 23 units Novorapid with breakfast if you get frequent low readings before lunch.
You can exercise whenever you like. If hypoglycaemia is a problem during or after exercise, just scale down the novorapid dose before you exercise. Samer

Hi Tarik - can you please give me more information about your diabetes control. What treatment are you on and how much. How often do you check your blood sugars and what are the readings like at each time interval? how often do you have hypoglycaemia (symptoms and/or low readings) and at what times and is there a particular trigger for the hypoglycaemic episodes? also some info about your diet would be good. Salam. Samer
