Theresa - welcome to TuDiabetes! It's grat you have already found some groups - I hope you can find the support you woudl like from our community! I know I do a dance with burnout about 2 or 3 times a year, sometimes for longer than others. Then i try to remind myself of all the improvements i've seen in the management/control of my T1, & get back to taking care of myself. I'ts not always easy, though. Anyway, if I can help at all , just let me know - welcome again!
