I've only had a couple of sets bend, but I've only been on the pump for a few months. For me, it seems like which site I choose has been the biggest issue. All the sets I've had issues with have been placed on my left side. I'm left-handed, so I d...

I started walking outside a few weeks ago-the first time since I started my pump in January, and with lots of hills and stairs. I had been doing really well with not having lows and then I unexpectedly had a low the other day when I went out-52 an...

Well Tia, my friend, I had to go with the 30th for the meet-up. But just in case, I wanted to let you know it's at Columbia Park, Picnic Area H, from 11:30 to 3PM or so. I would still loove to meet you and yours. Lots of info and links at the NW Group in the Portland Meet-Up discussion.....Take care!.....Judith

Hey Tia, I see you found NW Diabetics! I grew up right near you in Milwaukie, but have lived the last 17 years in Washington, on Whidbey Island. I also wear the Ping like you. I've named her Thelma, and my Dexcom is Louise:)
