"Great question. Once you've lost what you want, eat more protein & then keep your protein at that level. Here's a good protein calculator http://www.phlaunt.com/lowcarb/DietMakeupCalc.php."

How and when do you stop losing weight?

I've been eating low carb for a month now, approximately 30-40 grams per day. I've lost seven pounds so far, which I'm very happy about. I'd like to lose about 5 more, but really don't want to fall below 120. My question is (and I never thought I'd have to ask this, lol) how do you stop losing weight once you've hit your goal?

I'd be happy to chat about my experience with the pod anytime! For me, I had the pod very quickly once I submitted the app (about a week). But my husband has great benefits and I'm sure that helped the process! Hope you have a great holiday weekend :)
