welcome to this amazing site.do you count carbohydrate for your son? what if he changes his mind and would not eat his offered meal? does he have hypo frequently?

It took me 4-5 years to get to this level. There is SO much to learn!! This is a great place to find lots of ideas and support! Cause there will always be good days and bad days.
In many cases, it's harder with kids because you need to be careful not to let his blood sugar go low!
I use a Cozmo pump as well. One thing that I started doing was giving my bolus 15 minutes BEFORE eating. This really helped my numbers. You should be careful so that it doesn't make Tyrese's blood sugar drop before he eats, but if he is high before eating, then it's a good idea to give the bolus early and wait 15 minutes to eat.
