- I'm a type1 diabetic that was diagnosed on March 14,2010...I live in Jacksonville,Fl...My sugar level was very high over 1400 when i was rushed to medical center in critical condition..I wasn't expected to make it overnight....Plus i had a bacterial infection,,lost a lot of weight,,had thrush in my mouth,,,high heart rate,,,Plus i have high blood pressure....They discovered i have a renal cyst on my kidney...I was in intensive care about 5 days ....Then got moved to another room for another 5 days cause i was improving...Just before i got released on March 23,2010 my vision started to get blurred...It lasted about 3 weeks..I wasn't in very good mood...But i couldn't be mad I was still alive..I didn't even know i was diabetic until i woke up 2 days later and my family and doctor told me..I was drinking a lot of water and lost weight before i got rushed to hospital..The bad thing was my mother just died a month earlier from diabetes on Feb 4,2010...She had to be my guardian angel and jesus....Because i wasn't supposed to be alive...I guess it wasn't my time yet...So please take care of your diabetes..It is no joke..especially type1......
