Thank you for your inspiring comment, I am not on Byetta, but am Type 1 + take shots + will try using the H.A.L.T slogan you mentioned to stave off the eating when the Hunger hits + to question what is causing it first. I know I will have plenty of opportunity to put this into practice as I do I feel hungry very often !!
