Charlotte
Our daughter, Charlotte, was diagnosed on October 6, 2008, about 3 weeks before her 2nd birthday. Her BG was 699. It was a grueling 3 days in the hospital, but, luckily, she won't remember any of it as time goes on. She will not remember her life before diabetes either. I am eager to learn as much as I can, and to help as much as I can. I feel so helpless sometimes, I want to do whatever I can to help our daughter and others who live with diabetes.
I am also eager to hear anything and everything about the latest advances in diabetes research... I am so glad I found this site.
